im not so sure my car has an lsd in it
i thought it woulda had 1 as standard being the fairmont ghia v8 but i dunno as it doesnt seem to spin on both sides only the drivers side

I got mine installed by my mechanic, did it for nothing ( mates rates
 ), what happens is you have a larger pully on the crank shaft and smaller ones on water pump and alternator. what it does is reduce the power lost from driving the alt and water pump, thus giving you more useable HP. very impressive bang for your buck increase.

As i said earlier if this is the case go to your local ford wreckers and pick up a complete assemble from an EL XR6 Trent

ok so im guessing the drive whgeel is the drivers side yes?
so i jack the a** up an say spin the drivers side wheel backwards and if the other side goes backwards aswell its lsd? and if its not it will go forward or not move slowly learnin lol appreciate all the feedback an help guys

You got that right, try going forward and back. and we all learn slowly lol, been working on ford v8's since i was about 10 and i still know bugger all. Driveline, stereo and interior i can handle. EFI and ECU no bloody idea lol

and id say it isnt as arent factory lsd's 3.75 an this thing pulls like a broken bike lol

oh ok
i got full gt kit here front end is on so far but i dunno i think i may have changed my mind i wanna go a complet custom kit from scratch something way out there done it a few times before just not with a falcon last crazy 1 i did was a vl walkinshaw front end on a kf laser haha an people told me it couldnt be done:P took me bout 3 days on the piss an it was cruisin the streets but f**k it looked hot hehe

Nice, i'm currently looking at modding a full BF GT kit for my car (no wing of course), will get around to it once i fit up the new alternator.

but its already been done most of it an its still only from an updated falcon i mean like go completely out there was thinking of something moddeled off a widebody civic
