OK Richie,
As you know I have a Crane Hi-6 and PS-92 coil. It is worth having but it certainly isn't cheap. The Digital6 is really the highest quality and would be much better to have than the old MSD 6A... type which is an analog design(Ive fixed a few of these). The Crane Hi-6 is the lowest cost option and mine has been flawless for 10+ years.

Pete.

Thanx Pete,

Will get the Digital 6 #6520.
Now for coils.
Am running BPT's TFI Screamin Demon. I dont know its specs.
MSD suggest #'s 8207, 8252, 8253. They all put out approx 44kv. So then what do you look for? spark duration? Primary/Secondary winding Resistance? Turns Ratio? Inductance?
