Got a heads up on a J3 ChipTorque power chip to suit series one V8 EB AUTO, will it go straight into a 93 nc ltd 5l? I have no exp with chips so would it make a difference? Will the chip just clip in like Pc 's card? I take it that if she will fit it will just alter the fuel/air mix and timing?

It will either have to be the same catch code or be in the same family as the catch code of the vehicle it came off. Unlikely because series 1 has different data locations to a series 2.
I would never buy a one-size-fits-all chip in the first place....they're rubbish! |

Too true.
Isn't there a difference between S1 EB V8 (w/ BAP) and ED (BAP Delete)? In short it may run, but understand what it was made for before you use it, and check for fault codes and correct AFRs.
