Coil pack or MSD module?? The module supplies 550 volts to coil and supplies multiple spark up 3000 rpm.. Talk to the guys at www.rocketindustries.com.au

Why do you need to replace the stock coil packs?

It seems like a popular ignition upgrade for the Mustang guys running boost/NOS in the states.

I am pretty sure the part number you are after is 8241, you'll need two of them.

Cheers Guys,
I'm only after the coil packs as a replacement for the standard units. Not prepared to fork over $540 bucks for a pair of originals. Got a quote from American Autos for $130 bucks each, on the part number supplied, which makes a lot more sense than the Ford price. I'm having a few idle dilemmas and was thinkung about changing the coil packs over to see if it makes any difference as I've tried just about everything else. I also had a look at the BPT website and the Sceamin Demon coil packs, which are cheaper than the Ford units as well.
Thanx
