Im getting psyched up to do my first V8 rebuild... the 5L in my ED XR8. Shes starting to leak everywhere. There are sure to be a few traps for novices so can anyone recommend a good book covering Windsor rebuild.

FORD MANUAL and a good memory,how far you going to go with the oil gusher?total rebuild or plug it up?

buy yourself an AUII or III xr8 220 motor instead and drop it in.

Take a few pictures of where things go and keep it all organised where you put all the parts so you dont get the bolts mixed up
