351's are cheap as chips, depends what you want to do with it, better off buying one thats been preped. Theres always a good selelction on ebay and ff.com.au

Jeeeparts in QLD had brand new roller 351w shorts for $2200. They are probably all gone now though.
Try Raceparts in QLD for a complete new Ford racing performance parts engine assembly. If it were me I'd go the Z304 headed 392 crate engine for around $14000

They're rated at 475hp but I've seen dyno tests where they actually make around 530hp.
Or buy the 392 short and put AFR205's on it...

Otherwise you can get World products crate engines and I think you can buy short engines which is the way to go because I'd be using AFR or Pro-Topline heads instead of World heads.
