you could use the rear section with a custom centre section, but why would you bother on a tractor motor?

Equalizes the pressure in both pipes.

ill have my custom twin system up for grabs soon, when the new engine goes in.
Twin 2.5 to the diff, then twin 2.25 out to the rear. With cross over in the middle. Literally done 200kms to date. I was stupid for getting it done before the engine.

That system should be good enough up till a mild engine and more than enough for a stock windsor

Looks good, all those rumours about a twin system not fitting was started by lazy exhaust fitters i assume

Agreed.
Most that I have spoken to wernt interested, if it required any customisation it was too hard.
I thought about making my own with two 6cyl 2.5" exhausts, but havnt had time.

Most exhaust shops just want to bolt it up and send ya off and make a quick buck and charge an arm and leg.

For my last EF XR8 when it had a 347 stroker i got a quote of $3500.00 for pacemakers, 2 magnaflow cats, 3 magnaflow mufflers, x pipe, 3 inch twin system all the way to the diff then over the diff and join to a single 3.5 inch to the rear muffler. This price is in Sydney so everything performance in inflated
