In victoria, u get ur points back every 12 months - on ur Ps your given 5 points, if in a one year period you loose 3 then loose another 2/3 u loose and by that you go over the 5 points, ur license will be suspended for 6 months or you can go on probation for 12 months which means if you get any more offenses within that year you loose your license for twice as long, one year.
