Does anyone know how to clean the PCV valve filter? The plastic housing pops out but the dirty filter screen is still in the block.

Is it OK to squirt some degreaser in there or is there the risk of getting crap into the motor?

Help!

Mike

I extended my PCV about 120mm higher using some alloy tube.. This acts like an oil separator..

Start car, then lift black hose that is attached to plastic gromet.

The vacuum from inlet will suck it up.

ONLY DO THIS WITH COLD MOTOR
