Surefire remedy i suppose... but id call it more of a stop gap measure. Better off tinkering with timing IMO, there can be some adverse side effects of running colder plugs/narrower gaps. A colder plug can run like sh*t at lower loads, be more prone to fouling, same with a reduced gap.

AUII XR8 needs to be run on PULP... but no need to get optimax/ultimate and the like, just standard premium should be mickey.

Yeah dude 95 ron is fine for the 8 but when u fill her up the price of 98 isnt that much dearer its only when u compare 91 to 98 ron

hey,
i've had my xr8 for 2 years now i got it brand new. i ran it on normal unleaded and it went bl**dy great but the last year i have been putting in that vortex stuff and mate, it goes like a wet dream. more power and better take off. im 25 and a lawyer so i can afford it but your 18 so stay with normal unleaded it's do you no harm.
