G'day Guys.

I'm in the process of dummying up my blower and I have to pull the Power steering pump pulley off in order to get the bracket on.

I was wondering what sort of Puller would be required to get it off??

I have a replacement as well and was wondering how to get it back on as well? Would it need to be pressed back in?

Any info would be much appreciated.

Good stuff,

just wondering how i'd go about puting the pulley back on, It says it is reversable, just wondering if it could be done in the engine bay, otherwise it'd be removed and pressed in?

Nah you'll get it back in with that.
Instead of holding the outer shaft still and tunring inner shaft to pull off, do the opposite, to press it back on.
The inner shaft threads into the powersteering pump shaft.
Thats my thinking anyway :P
I'll let you know in a few weeks when I try it in practice instead of theory, doing the same thing too, installing a vortech

Cheers mate.

I'm gonna see if a mate might have one in his shop, if not I'll just buy one, just that time is something I dont have much of...

And good stuff with the vortech too, Just out of curiosity it was the one on ebay a while ago?

haha, nope, long story there, did win that one, but it was some romanian ebay scammer f**k from london.
This one I got through a mate of a mate, V2SQ, and am in the midst of sourcing bracket and pulleys and now.
If you ever want a smaller charger pulley for more boost BTW, check out Summit.
CAPA want like 200 bucks or something ridiculous, they're $85US of summit for an 8 rib pulley.
I got a 2.95diameter pulley on the way over this week.

Yeah I got a V2SQ blower too. I got a 3.33" blower pulley (8psi) at the moment.

I ended up biting the bullet and buying the pulley kit and bracket through CAPA, ended up setting me back $1800 odd bloody dollars, I would've adapted it up but Time is scarce and I'd rather do the overtime to make it up.
