That time has got me stumped and I can hardly believe it to this day. I'd take . 4 off my time just by running a 2.0 60ft. Whether its clutch/driver/tyres who knows.
I thought I had the quickest au2te50/au3 xr8 untuned/factory car until a dude from up your way ran a 14.28 at 156kmh. Some .07 quicker then me :(
Engine has done 11,000km of hard driving know and loosened up heaps. I'll probably wait till autumn/winter next year for one final shot at the strip.

I know it's a C*** to go through fellas, but just try to ignore the crap. Otherwise you'll just get p****d off like I used to!

Shannon, I dunno if this would be of any help, but if you were interested in chopping out a set of e7s by doing some port work yourself, I've got a set in the garage that are just taking up space. I realise this veers off the unopened course, but if you know how to do it yourself then it could be a cost effective mod, maybe.

Flaming is gone. On the bottom left of each post is a link that says Report Post. When someone upsets you and makes you cry hit that link and report the post and let a moderator deal with it. No more friendly reminders if you fire back at someones taunt at you and then report it you'll both cop a warning and I love to ban tools.

back on topic, I managed a 15.03 with only extractors, exhaust and a k&n panel filter, at 94mph. Everything else was stock, un-opened, on 15" stocko wheels...... yay, lol
