Im replacing the crap plastic idler pullys on the V8, but the one on the tensioner doesnt have a bolt. Any idea on how to get it off? Looks like a press fit.
Ive got a factory workshop manual and it even doesnt say how to.

unfortunately its a one piece unit (tensioner and pulley) and as far as i know, no body does them aftermarket.

grind the retainer washer of the front, remove the pulley-nuline has a replacement i use, cant think of the part number,as i have changed them all.after removing the pulley, drill and tap a m8 thread thru the middle, use a washer and bolt to hold it,the plastic one has the bearing moulded in the centre.

As said grind old one out, tap a thread of your choice. I6 idler pulley works; cheap and easy to source.
