EBTS - i assume that's the rears you checked?

May be handbrake adjustment, or caliper piston may be stuck.

You know how to pull brakes apart?

all right thanks for all your posts :) umm just jacked up the car the wheels arnt spinning very well at all i have to put a bit off effert to spin them sounds like the brake pads a grabing the disk also cheaked the tyre pessure all 4 sit around 35 psi on 235/45/17's is that ok?? so would it be the hand brake??

Was the front tight, or the rear?
You will have more resistance on the rear.
Being an EB you still have the caliper handbrake setup, grab the levers at the caliper and pull them back, quite common for calipers to need an overhaul on those things.

You can only try, also the front handbrake cable is common to seize up on them aswell, common from XD to ED.
