Can someone go through the following list and just confirm i have all the right parts ordered, as i dont want them to get over here from the US and be wrong, then i have to spend double the money sending them back.

Seeing that most of those parts are from Ford, why not download the Ford Racing catalogue. It actually states what springs go with what cam on what Ford head.

1)Lifters are correct. Are you sure that your existing ones are stuffed?
2)I'd go for the FMS-M-6514-A50 retainers as the B50s are for stainless valves.
3)Valve keepers look good.
4)Springs are compatible with the other bits you have selected.
5)MSD website is down and I don't have a clue with the other stuff. Make sure you have that timing cover gasket too.

IIRC the 1011-2 Head gaskets have the copper ring to suit alloy heads, i beleive the 1011-1's are to suit cast iron heads, or it may be vise-versa.

I would just get an MSD Dizzy cap. I have used the Billet dizzy 8456 before and had problems. Was advised that this is due to our cars running hotter than the US equilivant. I had nothing but trouble with my MSD. Burnt out 3 TFI's in as many weeks

Thats good to know brett, why would our engines be running hotter than the US version? I dont have the cash to be spending on stuff that could be useless to me, so thats out the window then.

Cheers brett, You going to AFD? woudnt mind having a chat to you about your car.

okie doke, head gaskets:

1011-1 are the seel ring gaskets
1011-2 are the copper ringed gaskets

So i take it the steel ringed gasket is the one i would want.?

I bought a complete 5.0L set of ROL gaskets from the states for $100 delivered off ebay. It had everything like the stem seals, about 3 or 4 different water pump gaskets, timing cover gaskets and seal, head gaskets, sump... everything. I know that they aren't Felpro but I've yet to find a oil leak on my motor and yet are great value for money. If you need a link to the seller, I dig it up for you :)
