hi if any one has the time can some one talk me through the steps for changing a cam. and special tools needed etc. as i have no idea.

i think i have heard that the cam is romoved from the front of the engine hence the condensor having to be removed.

if anyone is interested in lending a hand let me know ur price. he he he.
if some one wants to do the job for me with a wine trade. PIKES WINES that to is an option as i have very close ties to the company and have a cellar full of thier wine.

A Crane 2031 should cost about $450 new.

Not sure about price for Crows hydraulic roller cams, but give them a buzz, they are pretty good to deal with.

Yeah, I was refereing to the condensor that sits in front of the radiator.

To change the valve springs you'll need some compressed air (hire one?), a spark plug fitting for the air hose (about $10), and a "on head" valve spring remover (about $30). Or you can replace the compressed air with some nylon rope...I haven't tried it that way though.
