Don't get a SS reductions cold air induction as they really aren't that good.

Bluepower do a airbox that will net more grunt and is around the same price.

Headers can be done before or afterwards but the airbox would be better first.

I made my own bluepower style cold air induction for my BA V8 and all I can say is that it works well. If you go down this path, just make sure you have an exhaust that you can hear as the induction growl will drown out the stocker and many other quiet exhaust systems out there.

SS inductions will get you about 5 rwkw if that, blue power 18-25 rwkw. easy choice
