argh my car is shutting itself down and it's an auto. I think it's either a problem with the transmittion or the alternator or something. It's an EB XR8 and i did the thermo fan conversion not so long ago and im not sure if the problem is the alternator not generating enough power to run everything, as the fans come on quite a bit in the recent hot weather, anyways any ideas???? it's done it twice today, kinda annoying

anyways any help would be much appreciated

found the problem, the bolt that you loosen to adjust the distributor position for timing came loose  , and the timing shifted by itself. adjusted the timing back up and really tightened that bolt up tight and everything is fine now phew heh.
