Hey all,

Looking for suggestions/ideas on brands/makes of parts i'm building up for Supercharged 347 ie whats good, whats bad, i used x and it was s**t or this is good, etc.

As there is heaps of aftermarket support for windsor engines i'm not sure where to start looking at brands

Looking at EBII Ghia as base car.

Heres a short parts list i've been thinking about:

Engine – Main Parts

Dart Block ??

347 Crank
H Beam rods
Forged Pistons

AFR 185cc heads
Custom Cam??

90mm Throttle Body
90mm Mass Air Meter

GT40 Lower Manifold

Charger

Kennel Bell Supercharger, blowzilla & flowzilla

ECU

Wolf??

Trans

TKO 600 or T-56??

Diff

Standard 3.45 LSD

Brakes

AP Racing 4 Spot Fronts

Im basically costing it all out looking for good brands to purchase, would rather do everything once propelly.

So if u have input it would be greatly appreicated.

BTW, I no modding cars is expensive i dont plan on seeing much change from $50,000 + and about 6 + years to get there, so im not some dreamer piss f@rt around. Hate those people.

Also the Kenne Bell you refer to would require you to move several of the ancillaries for the front end dress as these are based on the mustang 5.0, which has intake on the other side etc

you may find some superchargers adapt to the the edelbrock lower(non-rpm2 version)..

gt40 would likely be too small for your application..

If I was going aftermarket with a ecu I would not run a afm.

I would go for the 9.5'' block also as you haveto buy everything anyway.

With thet budget I would also install a 9".

On the kenne bell web site they recommend using GT40.
