just wondering what everyones temp runs at...

i have only driven my car a hand full of times, but driving it yesty, it was running on the R on normal. which seems quite high to me.

i cant remember exactly what it was running at before.... but i dont think it was that high..

i have recently dissconnected battery to do some mods to the cluster, would that have something to do with it??

it is a 98 NL fairlane with 120,000klms.

Normal means normal. If the gauge is on R, that is normal. Yes it's a bit hotter than other people sometimes, but regular maintain her and she'll be right. It's pretty normal for me in high heat, full air con and traffic.

Could be a few things. Blocked radiator, thermo fans not switching on propertly, not much coolant.

Mine sits up near the R of normal which isn't too bad but I think I have a blocked radiator
