is the standard tb off my eb v8 to small for the au ticky motor believe old tb is 58mm

what size would best suit my combo?

It will "work", but you would be better with the 65mm TB as fitted to the AU....or aftermarket.

ive got a 65 that come with au motor though it only has single tps and different plug, how do yous all mod this to fit on e series loom?

Fit your TPS onto the AU T/B.

the hole in plastic are narrower on ed tps, so just elongate them to fit?

Yeah mate, spot on. You'll also have to grind down the blade tip coming out of the T/B as its slightly longer than e-series, this will allow the TPS to fit over it nicely.

No worries. Dont forget to set TPS voltage when you fit it all up. You may find you'll have to elongate the holes the other way aswell to obtain 0.98v.
