has the balancer slipped, or is timing out on the engine?

The outer ring of the balancer had sliped about 50 deg and thats where the counterweight is. put tghe new one on this afternoon and its a different car. i still dont know if this has fixed my startup problem yet lol

I seem to have fixed it.
The new harmonic balencer helped alot. made it easyer to start and i think the main thing was my Air filter. was pretty clogged up. just dropped in a K&N panel and seems to start heeps better now. also has heeps more go especially at 4000+

so if all else fails check the realy obviouse stuff first.
