I picked up this brouche from repco and its on an aussie product called vaporate which attaches arond the injector nozzel to produce a finer mist and gives (apperently) better consumpion
they have a web site and I think there was and artilce on AAC or Today tonight
Is anyone using or know anyone using this product and what results have you seen.
My V8 isn't thirsty by any means but I like the ideal of spending less at the bouser is applealing and can't work out why the car manufacturers haven't been getting more efficent use from the injectors if this is a true breakthrough, or just a well timed money making scam.

do a search there's already threads on it
and for the record they were only doing 6 cylinders previously, although they may have started releasing them for 8 cylinder vehicles now.
check out there website off the repco site aswell

cant see what the diff is between 6cyl and 8cyl for the vaporates as it only a "washer" style cap that goes on the injector nose.

i guess the problem is that you then ahve to buy 2 kits of 6, so you'll have 4 to many - handy if you have a 4banger aswell as the V8.
The kits usually come with any gaskets and that needed aswell - e.g. if you have to remove your intake manifold to fit them, new gaskets will be supplied for the intake manifold.
but the price still seems high
