Spot on, anyone that likes the sound of them would also love the sound of the dentist drill, drilling into their teeth without anaesthetic.

ok. how come then if they appear to be similar power to a ba falcon with the 3v motor the falcon will only get about a 15.5? or is that the difference between the 100 odd kgs more on the falcon and driver error?

There is normally more than 100kg difference and 3.06 Commondore first gear with 3.08 diff ratio Vs the 2.39 the BTR has, I have no idea what final ratio a BA has but even if it was 3.45 it wouldn't be enough to match the Holdun's over all ratio.

they actually do 12.9s, gem3 is an excellent motor, iron block and heads with forged pistons and a stroker camshaft stock.

Yep same pistons as the mazda 20B's...Lol...

Funny funny, lets be serious, they use the same GM pistons as the 4-53 with the same valve arrangement, they use them because the 4-53 is a high performance supercharged engine.
