It know it's not the place to post this and I can't post in the wanted section but I need a plug for an EL trip compter. I would prefer the cut to be made before the dash plug so I can get the pins and wiring from the dash plug.

I hear ya. I'm not going to the capital just for a plug, got to have the cash behind me for some serious partying too.

Do you need the plug or are you just after the pins?

Plug would be the easier option but I think I could put the pins and wiring into the existing plugs.

Just get another plug for the clock and pull the pins from that, thats what i did for mine and its working perfectly. Even the same pins for the dash connector, only problem is that the colours don't match, but realy doesn't matter.

So the pins from the clock plug fit the dash plug? That's just too easy.
