Shock tower clearance on driverside.
Yes they are the crushed tube headers. What I am planning I won't be able to use off the shelf headers.

If I was to do this again I think I would use the AP-01 from www.pricemotorsport.com instead of tracking down a 351 manifold.

How does it go for bonnet clearance now ? 1/2cm, 1cm,....

Using the AP-01 would raise the manifold roughly another inch, and may cause problems.

I still have the bonnet blanket on the bonnet. The manifold touches it.
I had to get the lower machined on a 5 degree angle to bring the tps's down level with the plenum.
I will have to measure the height of the manifold for everyone as this is the most important thing for those who want a standard bonnet.

Pull the blanket off & let the world hear the rumble from under the bonnet :)

Easiest way the measure the clearance (after you remove the bonnet planket) is place a quiet a few 2" tall cones made from play-doe on all the highest points and around the edges of the manifold, EGR actuator diaphram valve, TPS, etc. Lay a piece of news paper over the top (or wipe a little bit of oil onto the top & side of the playdoe) to stop the playdoe sticking to the bonnet.

Great job on the conversion. Looks like a factory fit.

Ford should have had it as a factory option.
