yes ! but you would need to use EF / EL mounts , thats what i did for my EL and it dropped straight into the 6cyl crossmember

You might have rego problems with the older engine in a newer car. The emission systems will have to meet or exceed EF/EL standards, which probably aren't much different now that I think of it. Check with your rego dept. first. They will have technical docs which will help you out.

mine went straight threw no probs
93/94 motor into a 97 model
