1) Pro Comp heads don't flow anywhere near enough air for 550hp
2) GT40 intake may not line up with the ports on the Pro Comps, every pair I have seen won't align with a standard type manifold. I don't know what manifold they are made for.
3) Every 400rwhp 5.0L I've seen using a blower and a late model efi block hasn't lasted. The factory block is not designed to handle the stresses of a blower, stroker and ~500fwhp.
4) Mains girdles unless they are dowelled to the mains caps do not acheive much.

IMO save the stroker kit, get some good cylinder heads (AFR, Trickflow, Edelbrock, RHS) an aftermarket block and do it properly once. :)
