I got my fans hooked up but I am having dramas with the fuse constantly melting. (Electrician said the thermos are f**k) I seen a docco somewhere else and it was hooked up different to mine (I got auto electrician to do mine with the aircon on a 3rd relay.


Can someone with aircon hooked up to there fans give some "official" details on the wiring? :?:

No-one has done the conversion? Just asking for someone to draw the diagram with the air con hooked into it. Is it with 3 or 2 relays?

I need to know why my fuses keep melting. Is the wiring overloading or the fans are cactus.

Thanks jonathon,

Mine looks a little different to that.
Question: 6-7-8 on the thermatic switch, 6 and 7 are split and does it matter which 2 terminals is 6-8? ie. does it matter which one of the 2 you use? How do you know which goes to ingnition and which gets split to the relays as there is no markings?
