the first day i got my ba ghia 5.4L 3v i broke the bonnet release so i didnt get a great chance to look around the engine bay.
got that fixed today and my mechanic found this. there is a hose just hanging from the right side of the motor all cut and melted from where i think it has been touching the headers. does anyone know what its ment to do and where its ment to connect too. could someone with a 3v have a look for me? heres a few phone snaps

Crankcase breather that goes to your throttle body??

Depends whether it is plumbed into the inlet manifold or the throttle body. If it goes to the inlet manifold expect poor performance.

Hi mate sorry told you i will forget just had a look you will have to take your engine cover off and it runs around to the back off the motor right in between the V not sure what it goes to could'nt see what it goes to with out taking the intake off. I would say take the intake off and you will be able to see where it come from easy.

yeah top mate if you take the intake piece in between the V it is just there (I think) you should be able to see it.
