OK here we have an 82 XE falcon.
Will be getting a 5.4 quadcam engine fitted, as you can see its sitting in there at the moment and have around 5-10mm clearance each side.
Have plans for a single or twin turbo setup aswell and plan to run around 10psi.

I have 4 litres of the Green from d**k johnsons race car, well the same colour.
I have 20" Boyd Coddington wheels that will be going onto aswell.

Hi we dont have approval at the moment but once its all done i.e mounts are done im pretty sure it will pass pretty easily.

Nice conversion, you may need to notch the shock towers, and fit RRS steering.

You will need 10mm clearance to pass engineering, which may need the towers massaged a tad. Get speaking with one before you get in too deep. It's money well spent.

Thanks for that, we plan on notching the towers a little so 10mm should be easy.
Had a look today and there is basically no room to go turbo so we are thinking of doing our first rear mount setup! Will see what happens might go good enough without a turbo.

Have thought about it and doing a turbo kit is alot cheaper then a supercharge kit.

So thats pretty much it unless something come up real cheap then i wouldnt say no.

Haha not bad what was that on?

If i was to do the rear mount setup the spare wheel well would get drilled out and turnt upside down and the turbo made up in that area :P and spare wheel can be mounted flat in boot
