Hey guys,looking at engine upgrades for my xf, it's stock atm,with a column shift auto. Doing a bit of a budget built,so just wondering how hard it would be to shove a BA engine and auto box in it?

on a scale of 0 -> hard its a 9
Do a search and you will find everything you neeed to know about the conversion. Many people now have done it (or had it done)

Actually it may be slightly easier in an X-Series than an E-Series! At least engineering wise.
