The ute should be really close : You might need some small modification after the Cat converter. There may also be a small difference around the gearbox depending on what x-series you have.

The Sedans are different... dammit. I have a dual 2.25 exhaust here thats going to take some work to make work.

My ute (XH) has a E-series front half, (extractors, cat, etc), and the back half is now from an XF ute. It is joined just in front of the rear muffler. The E-series back half is totally different from the diff back, it wont even go close. Find a system from an XD-XF ute and be done with it. 8-)
