Im not sure whether the twin overhead cam heads are too large to fit? Not sure

it'd be possible, but would most likely require the shock towers to be notched similar to the 1969-1970 Mustang BOSS 429's, or a RRS strut suspension kit......

why the 5.4? why not go the real V8 route with a 351? less emissions hassles!
