tryed explaning this a thousand times but ppl get the wrong idea, not the movment in the steering wheel b4 the wheels turn but the actual coloum wiggles up and down and side to side

if you remove the "quick release" fuse panel from under the steering column and look at the bracket that supports the steering column just under the instrument panel you will see two bolts one on either side of the column. Tighten these and that will solve your problems...im pretty sure you have the same prob I had - BUT don't tighten the nuts more than you need because they snap easily and its a big job to replace the bracket. hope this helps.
