Got to get the P/S pump re-built on my XG,and was wondering if I should put the Dexron II ATF in it as per the w/shop manual,or is there something better to use.Also would like to know the same for the 5 speed T5 g/box.

You can use R1-424 Ford Power steering fluid too....lasts better than DEX II or III.....for power steering....that is.
