Hi guys, I will be getting a set of extractors off a XG XR6 from a mate at work and I was wondering the following, Will they fit my XH 4 litre? will they bolt straight up to the original exhaust on my XH. Is there any changes that I will need to do or is it easier to have a new exhaust fitted to them? Any help will be apprecieated.

Cheers AU055

they should fit up no worries at all as they are the same motor apart from XR6 cam and bigger exhaust valves, but visially identical and should bolt up to your stock exhaust.

Great, many thanks for the quick response. I'm getting them for free so I can't knock them back. Apparently his grandson took over his car and decided to modify it and for some reason, took the extractors off and fitted a standard exhaust manifold with a straight through exhaust. He then wondered why the coppers gave him a defect and put the car off the road.

G'day depending on if the cat is included, you most likely will have have to modify the cat, you have to cut the flange off and weld it back on further down.
