hi van anybody tell me if the dash from an xr8 xh2 ute will fit into a xf sedan? and if so what mods do i need to do to it?

hey mate, the dash should fit straight in, might take some effort to get the xh2 cluster to work tho... not sure on what exactly is needed... but the heaterbox, heater controls etc appear to be the same..

The instrument panel fixing points are the same where the cluster is the have cut extra out to fit the e series cluster. If you want to use the xr cluster you will have to modify the main loom connections to inferface the xf wiring it is time consuming but can be done. I personally would modify the xf instrument panel and wiring to suit the xr8 cluster
