hey all
how do you reprogram the remotes on a xh ute, all the guides i have found say you need to push the rear demister button, but the xh has no demister.

any help will be appreciated

NP, post back what method you used works.
I have a demister so I've never had to use the short method.

ok, all done and dusted, i just earthed the pin on the white plug under the steering column that you said, and presto, it went into learning mode, pressed the remotes,turn ignition off, all good,
while i was doing it, i tried a couple of the BA/BF fobs I have lying around just to see if the xh would recognise them, but no luck on those.

XH's run Smartlock, not Smartshield, so no cigar on remotes later than May 99 AUI's.
