Im going to convert my auto EF 6 to a 5 spd soon and a mate of mine is wondering what would be involved in bolting my current auto up to a Cleveland. Any ideas?

Dont do it!. You might be able to make an EF V8 4 Speed work, using the EF Computer and a TPS Sensor grafted onto your (Carby?)

However your best option is an AOD 4Speed auto : No compute required

your EF trans, V8 bellhousing, V8 trans controll unit, and youd need a TPS, tach signal, speed signal, and temp signal from somewhere.
