mk problem with fuel pump
the pump on my 97 el died...i went n got a pump from an EA...its a different shape but the pump itself still fitted onto my old bracket off the EL...is there a difference (technically) between a single point injection pump n multi? or are they the same...i think i have a single point...as currently my car wont accelerate all that well at all, runs like s**t.
Any ideas?
if anyone wants to sell an EF/EL pump that works please let me know...just need the round pump part u can keep the rest lol..(saves postage) |

| AFAIK, the bosch pumps suit all mpfi from ea-el. Got one sittin at home, about 12000kms old if you are interested....... |

| i pretty sure the EA pump wont work in a EF/EL,just buy a new one you can get them on ebay for like $100 ,or around $200 everywhere else |
