|
|
Hello!
Mate has a AU series 2 Fairlane Ghia...
Chasing:
Brembo Calipers + Braided lines (Yes I will tell him about the pbr's!)
Side skirts (Tickford?)
Woodgrain "look" steering wheel (From a sportsman or 'mont ghia?)
Also wanted to know if he gets the brembo's - what other models would they fit onto? (He wants to keep them when he upgrades)
TIA
Shane. |

for the sideskirts AU's dont have any unless you go T series. however the BA Fairlanes and some taxi's have them that will fit with 1 small modification (cut a triangle)
search for blackers10 i think he is also a member on here. he has the BA sideskirts |

Thanx for the info - this guy only wants original.....
It's very nearly a TL-50 anyway! (Engine, wheels, dash, scuff plates all tickford gear)
When I tell him tomorrow about the PBR calipers - he will say "f#$$ that - I want the brembo's and I don't give a s**t what they cost"....
I.e. Was prepared to import tyres from Japan at $400 a throw when they discontinued the ones on the car......He purchased a new tickford rim - coz his wife kerbed it (like 2 scratches on it....) guy's nuts!

Darren: If you are reading this - this dude wants to turn the thing into a cross between a GT and a TL50!!! Anything else original & interesting that you have kicking around - let me know please! |
