|
|
| G'day guys, I've recently purchased a Ford Falcon AU Series 1, '98. I'm looking at getting an mp3 headunit, but I need to get a spacer put in as the current stock stereo is a double din unit. Any ideas where I can get a spacer for the car? Cheers. |

It is not double DIN, it is 1 and 1/2
You can get pocket to fit from any decent audio shop in any colour you whant. Dont go and pay big $$ at ford. |

| Sorrry to drag up an old thread but I'm sick of my poxy looking standard HU in my car. I have a JVC mp3 player (single din) sitting in the cupboard here and want to put it in. So do Ford sell a single din surround for AU1 or do I need to get one from a car radio place? |

Yeah they do .. I got one when I had my AU2, removed the standard headunit and put in a single DIN unit.
The part is pretty rough though, needs a bit of sanding/painting if you want it to look nice .. |
