Leave the rotating assembly and save your money... IMO run about 240 rwkw and all will be fine. With auto and trans cooler.. Over that everything needs major attention...
You'll have over 800 FtLb torque with good throttle responce. Very little lag with 9.6 compression... |
800 ftlbs? no way, you would need to be putting out more than 240 rwkw...
thats 1083 nm. you would need a better than budget setup to get that much. |
Torque is hard to get in this application as it has loose converter 3000 rpm..As soon as it hit the boost was so quick it spun straight up to rpm limit.. Compression and near 4" stroke means engines make heaps of it...
Why there MPH is low but ET is good compared to other cars.... |
Im not doubting it made a lot of torque, I am doubting it made 1100 nm of it. |

| Would I be correct in saying torque at that level is seriously too much the existing drivetrain of the guy enquiring about boosting? |

| Its dyno figures .The converter maybe flaring causing this... Btw this is at a max tune session where unlike supercharger, power and boost can be altered.. This car runs a modded C4, 3000 converter.. |
