| I recently purchased an AU XR6, and was looking at purchasing a set of extractors, i have been told by some muffler shops to remove the factory duel system and replace it with a a single sports system because the factory system with negate the extractors, is this statement true or are they money hungry? any tips????? |

I don't know about money hungry, but I just got some pacemaker comp series extractors. The factory tri flow duel set up that my AUII XR6 came with was not doing the engine any justice.
I made it my own decision to put a straight through, 1 resinator, 1 muffler, 2 1/2 inch on instead.
This was only done today. Cost me $330, and trust me it has opened up my performace greatly. Gives off a nice growel, increases the flow. The old set up was too restrictive.

My extractors came with the stage 3PS kit from ITS Performance, so I cant give you a figure on that. As for the straight through system:
A - CLASS SONIC MUFFLERS
54 BOX ROAD
TAREN POINT
9525 6767
30 Years + Experience
XAVIER his name is.
