| when i put my hand near the coil i get zapped!!! why, its also lost power, and i think this is the problem |

Sounds like a crack in the coils casing. |

when the car is turned off it shouldn't zap you, so go get a new coil and replace it then it should be fine, im guessing it's a pretty old coil......
and also when the car is turned off check the coil lead and see if it looks ok. |
