On my EF Futura I have two little Ford designed indentations into the body near my radiator/air intake.

I was wondering if it is possible to fit a set of driving lights in here and if so which ones are the best?

my best advice is to try not to restrict any air going into your radiator coz you may end up with some serious problems.

depends if you want driving lights that look good or driving lights that shine well.

i just stuck a set of hella Rallye 1000s on the front of mine its ugly but they shinr real well.

small driving lights with 50mm dicrolic lamps will be very bright but only shine a few meters in front i recon they are a waste of time.
