you wont be able to cover it because as soon as the cop looks under the car to check if you have a cat or not he would see the extractors i feel sory for you that you cant even have extractors even though they dont do to much and help the environment by redusing fuel consumption is s.a we can have any thing exept for blowers out the engin lol
