| with good driving you should be able to see a 13.5 with the 6 speed manual. |

It was a sad moment Frank, I really did love that car she did us well. It wasn't a thought out process but took our standard XT down to TitanFord for a service and fell in love with the typhoon while there, after taking it for a test drive it would of run over the TE and spat her out the exhaust!! Ended up getting a good price for the TE and only lost $9500 over the 3yrs. I heard that a worker at Titan's mate grab her straight away, I just hope they look after her as much as we did. I cryed when we drove away and left her there - so true!!!  |

I couldn't being myself to trade my XT when I got the XR6
Surely a Typhoon should better a flat 14 though.. I would be expecting at least a mid 13, even from a manual. The transmission doesn't cripple them that much does it? |

| I personally know that it is a lot quicker than our previous cars. Yes we once owned V8 EL which was no comparison to our next trade up the TE50 to now the typhoon. But let me assure you I know all to well that the jap cars are a quicker car if your into that but I'm not looking for a 11 or 12 sec car thats what our old XT in the shed is for!!!!! |
