|
|
Hi all..
I want to put the biggest harmonic balancer I can find onto my EL motor..
Would a EF/EL/AU V8 model be bigger and would it fit?
Seems probably not fit as the timing marker is pretty close to the balancer now... but if there is a bigger one available, I'd happily mark the timing mark on the cover and grind the marker off completely.
any thoughts?

Nope, 50oz imbalance on the 5Ls, 4L is neutral, plus 5Ls don't have the crank pulley integral, it bolts onto the front of it.
Sure more differences as well, crank snout etc. |
